Thank you for your interest in joining us at one or more of the 2024 Final Fridays in Parkesburg PA!

Please note: Food vendor fees must be paid in full by the 5th of the month to receive free advertising.

The fee is $100 per month, with 50% reimbursement when you arrive and stay for the entire event.  Required paperwork:  a copy of your 2024 Chester County Food Handler's license, Final Friday Parkesburg Vendor Form and a copy of your food truck's liability insurance listing The Borough of Parkesburg, 315 W. First Avenue, Parkesburg, PA  19365 as an additional insured.  These forms must be received via email and/or mail by the fifth (5th) of the month you are scheduled.  If these forms are not received by that date, your money will be refunded.

Please note: Parkesburg Action Committee reserves the right to decline any vendor application we deem as not family friendly.

Please read all of the load in/load out instructions below!

Load In:

  • You are more than welcome to come and start setting up as early as 3pm, (NOT BEFORE)road closes at 4pm after the last school bus passes.

  • When arriving, please look for our vendor load in volunteer on the sidewalk and they will tell you where your space is.

  • Spaces are first come, first served. (a few are reserved due to special requirements)

  • You may then park your car outside of the event location.

  • DO NOT PARK IN ROCCO & ANNA’S PARKING LOT

  • Street parking is available further down Main Street (away from rt 10).


Load Out:

  • The event closes at 8pm May-June and 9pm July-October, plan to stay the entire time.

  • Each vendor is expected to stay fully set up until Close.

Please clean up trash from your space. Trash cans are provided on the street.

Although our event is rain or shine, if there is a chance of dangerous weather, we may be required to reschedule. This would be announced in the Facebook event and through an email to participating vendors. This call would be made by 12pm on the day of the event.
